Our Audio Guestbooks are classy phones with digital recording technology inside. They allows guests to leave messages and well wishes at an event. Instead of writing in a traditional guest book, guests can speak into the device and record their message. This creates a unique and interactive way for guests to leave their mark on your special occasion.
How does is work?
The guest picks up the phone, listens to the pre-recorded message that we have uploaded of the host, hears the beep, leaves their own personal message, hangs up, and re-joins the party. It’s as simple as picking up and talking into the phone. Anyone can do it!

Where do you suggest we put the Audio Guestbook at our event?
We always suggest putting the Audio Guestbook in a location that is easily accessible by the guests, but not close to noisy spaces such as the DJ or band. Our Audio Guestbooks are portable and can easily be moved from cocktail space to the main ballroom, without any problem. They are lightweight and wireless.
How do we record our personal greeting?
A couple of weeks before your event, we’ll send you a sample script. It’s merely a suggestion and can be modified to your liking. You (and whomever else you want included) will use an audio recording/voice memos app on your phone to record your greeting. Once you have it perfected, you’ll text or e-mail it to us. We’ll load your greeting into your Audio Guestbook so it’s ready for your event.
How do we get the messages?
The week following your event, we’ll send you an email that contains a link to download a .zip file containing the messages.
